Vintage 80s black velvet formal maxi dress with a dramatic open keyhole back, batwing sleeves, pleated satin trim at the collar and cuffs. It has four geometric buttons at the back of the neck, zippers at the cuffs, and a zipper and hook at the back of the skirt for closure. There are shoulder pads that could be removed with a seam ripper if desired.
